2018 Santa Clara Regional Science Olympiad Team/School Registration Information

Participation Registration form due no later than January 30, 2018
Participation REQUIRES the school Principal’s approval of the teams participation by making a determination that it is a school-supported/school-affiliated event. The Principal’s name and email address is required. A copy of your registration will be emailed to the Principal.
Submit one form and fee per team (up to three teams per school until further notice). The school principal MUST approve the team’s coach (one team coach per team).
Registration Instructions: Note the registration fee below and click the “Register Here” button to submit registration information and fee total. Once registration is received, access to the 2018 Science Olympiad Rule book will be emailed. Once the registration fee is received you will be sent your team’s number.
Registration Fee per team: No registration fee refunds after January 9, 2018.
$350.00 Plus Volunteer Event Supervisor and Assistants for One Event per team. Once PAYMENT is received a list of events remaining in need of volunteers will be e-mailed to the team coach. Events are chosen on a “first-come” basis. Please Note! The EVENT SUPERVISOR MUST be familiar with the subject of the event chosen. There will be an additional charge of $50 if an event test is requested, IF AVAILABLE.
$550.00 With no Volunteers per team (part of the additional fee will be used to provide funds to pay an Event Supervisor as needed.)
$450.00 if registration is received AFTER December 1, 2017.
Note: New participating schools pay registration fee of $350 per team and do NOT need to provide volunteers their first year competing.
The registration fee may be paid by PayPal, check or purchase order. Please make checks payable to Bay Area Science League. Purchase order must indicate “Regional Science Olympiad Registration Fee” and the school name. The PO can be sent by US mail or email and check can be sent by US mail (see below).Print a copy of your registration form before submitting and include it with payment.
